Passed away on Tuesday, 16th December, 2014.
Aged 41 Years
Family and Friends are respectfully invited to attend a Celebration of Chris' Life to be held at the East Chapel, Mt Thompson Memorial Gardens Crematorium, 329 Nursery Road, Holland Park, on Thursday, 18th December, 2014 commencing at 12.30pm.
In lieu of flowers donations to the Leukaemia Foundation would kindly be appreciated.
