Late of Heritage Park, passed away peacefully on 22nd March, 2015 surrounded by his loving family.
Aged 60 Years
Loved and loving Husband of Elsi, Brother of Veronica Hampson, Tony Kohlmann and Carmel Kohlmann. Dearly loved by their families.
Family and Friends are invited to attend a Celebration of Frank’s life to be held in the Chapel of Great Southern Memorial Park, 1774-1794 Mt Cotton Road, Carbrook, on Tuesday, 31st March, 2015 at commencing 10.30am.
