Family and Friends are respectfully invited to attend Joan’s Funeral Service, to be held at the Garden Chapel, Albany Creek Memorial Park, 400 Albany Creek Road, Bridgeman Downs, on Thursday, 29th October, 2015, commencing at 12 noon.
